Share with co-workers and students, in response to “I don’t have anything to say on [insert social media]”. Yes you do!

This little video has a very good point! I am constantly encouraging my students to participate. When they say, “I don’t know” I tell them that’s not the answer and try again, because I’ll wait through that awkward silence. It’s far better to share ideas, than hide them due to poor self-judgement.
